The Challenge
Property managers were fielding the same questions repeatedly. Prospective tenants couldn't easily compare units or see availability across buildings.
The Approach
Designed a filterable unit directory with building and size filters. Added image galleries, floor plans, and amenity details. Integrated inquiry forms that route to the right property manager. Built with accessibility and mobile performance in mind.
The Outcome
Tenants can now self serve most information. Inquiry volume stayed the same but quality improved, fewer "is this available?" questions, more serious applicants. Property managers saved hours per week.
